On the one hand the National Italian Chef New York 2026, eleven samples of Italian cuisine in the United States between cooks, pizza chefs and pastries, including Fabrizio Facchini, Damiano Rosella, Roberto Caporuscio, Raffaele Solinas, Bilena Settepani, Luigi Speranza and Nicola Fedeli. On the other hand the Italian National Wines, eleven excellences of Italian enology, from Franciacorta to Chianti, passing through Vermentino and many others.
To complete the team, an exceptional guest, the chef Gennaro Esposito, two Michelin stars at the Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense, among the most beloved names of Italian cuisine, which has joined the National Chef in live preparations.
The idea of the National of Wines was also told with a video, in which every Italian wine was lined up as a player with its role in the field.
