G. L. Mezzetta Inc. is recalling Mezzetta Golden Greek Peperoncini Medium Heat, 32-ounce because of a consumer complaint about a dead mouse in a jar.
The company has contacted the consumer and is investigating the situation.
As of the posting of the recall on the Food and Drug Administration’s website, the company had not received any reports of illness or injury. Based on the information currently available, the recall applies to the following product and lot information:
