With an intimate and rigorous look, Ruggero Gabbai — one of the most important contemporary Italian documentaries, author of Memoria and The State of Deception — intertwines testimonies, archive materials and reflections, restoring the intense portrait of a woman who dedicated her life to civil commitment and the fight against indifference.

“The Foundation Museum of the Shoah, besides being deeply engaged in Italy, has among its objectives that to internationalize more and more the projects it realizes and supports, from exhibitions to audiovisual works. Being able to do it with such a great historical and human value as “Liliana” is for us reason of joy and pride. »
