Madama Oliva has confirmed its participation at Tuttofood 2026, where it will present a portfolio of innovations aimed at strengthening its positioning in the table olives segment. The company will exhibit at Hall 4 – Stand E07, outlining a strategic pathway that integrates product development, scientific communication, and the promotion of Mediterranean culture.
Among the key announcements is the official launch of “Oliva Sapiens,” a new digital channel available on the company’s website. The platform is designed as a scientific and cultural dissemination hub dedicated to the world of olives and lupins, marking a significant step in the company’s knowledge-sharing strategy.
“The Oliva Sapiens project was created to explore, through articles and specialist content, topics related to nutrition, agronomy, and raw material quality, leveraging over one hundred years of expertise,” said Sabrina Mancini, Marketing Director of Madama Oliva. “It is structured as a true training and research center, evolving towards an Olive Academy capable of engaging consumers, agronomic research, and local territories.”
The initiative builds on an already well-established ecosystem of academic collaborations and is further supported by contributions from industry experts. Among them is Ivano Caprioli, a food technologist specializing in sensory analysis and head of the International Olive Council (IOC) panel for table olives.
FOCUS ON CONVENIENCE AND SHARED CONSUMPTION
On the product innovation front, Madama Oliva is expanding its offering with a new addition to its 600-gram value pouch line: Pitted Giant Sweet Green Olives.
This product is the evolution of an iconic regional variety, combining the fleshy texture and delicate flavor of giant sweet green olives with the convenience of being pitted. Designed for a consumer increasingly oriented towards quality and practicality, the new olives are positioned as an ideal solution for aperitifs, buffets, and shared moments at home.
