The eighth edition of the Testimony Award

The Testimony Award is promoted by the Alfa Project Association, chaired by Pasquale Antonio Riccio, who this year celebrates the twenty-year anniversary of his activities and for a few days has obtained confirmation of the special consultative status by the United Nations Economic and Social Council and is committed to constantly promoting participation, especially youth, and the culture of volunteering. An increasingly international project with the collaboration with the Campus Salute, chaired by Riccio and founded by Professor Annamaria Colao.

“The prize, since its birth, has wanted to value the people who have distinguished themselves in the different sectors of social life as authentic witnesses of positive values. A representation of the best energies active daily for our community,” said Pasquale Antonio Riccio, who over the years has rewarded numerous personalities and common citizens active in the world of social, school, sport, law enforcement, culture, economy and institutions.

The event, which this year took place in Villa Doria d’Angri with the artistic direction of Marcello Lala and the conduct of the journalist Mattia Iovane, as every year is sponsored by the Senate of the Republic, the Chamber of Deputies and the Municipality of Naples and opened with the fanfare of the targets.

Among the winners of this edition are the president of the Ignite World Foundation, Philip McDonald, accompanied by his wife, the international star Shelea who recently received the EMMY Awards nomination next September.

Also recognized for the director of the weekly Giallo Albina Perri, the actress Rosaria De Cicco, the entrepreneur Davide Ippolito, the CT of the Italian national team of paralimpic pallanuoto Andrea Scotti Galletta, the general of Brigata and Commander of the Brigata bersaglieri “Garibaldi” Francesco Ferrara, the pastor of the Basilica of San Giovanni Maggiore Naples Don Salvatore Giuliano, the professional dancer Roberta Sicilia. Among the many personalities present Professor Annamaria Colao (Cattedra UNESCO), the former Italian Consul in Detroit Allegra Paola Baistrocchi today at the Farnesina in the promotion office of Italian excellence, the Councillor of the Municipality of Naples Vincenzo Santagada, the sports attorney Tommaso Mandato. The prize is a palm of gold made by Spadafora Gioielli.
