Polenghi Group, an Italian leading company in the lemon juice sector with annual revenues of €100 million, exports to more than 90 countries and offices in Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United States, has returned to Tuttofood 2026 to present its redesigned “Caraffine” line within the clean label segment, alongside a new blueberry and collagen variant of Acti Lemon, the company’s functional wellness range. Visitors can explore the new products at Hall 5, Stand V01.
The revamped Caraffine range marks a significant milestone in the company’s history, celebrating 50 years of business while embracing sustainable packaging solutions. The new bottles are produced using up to 50% recycled glass and respond to the growing demand for clean-label products, a market estimated to be worth approximately $56 billion globally in 2025.
Consumer demand for transparency and natural ingredients continues to rise, with seven out of ten consumers reportedly choosing products based on sustainability, transparency, and naturalness. These trends align closely with the values promoted by Polenghi Group and with the broader themes of Tuttofood 2026, which this year introduces “TuttoBio,” the international pavilion dedicated to certified organic products, alongside the signing of the “Food Manifesto,” a new charter centred on sustainability and technological innovation.
“Tuttofood is a strategic event and a highly important international showcase for us to promote the excellence of Made in Italy and strengthen the presence of Italian lemon juice across global markets,” said Filippo Scandellari, CEO of Polenghi Group. “In this edition, we are presenting the new Giancarlo Polenghi Caraffine, an iconic packaging concept that interprets fifty years of expertise through a contemporary lens, combining attention to the supply chain with innovative product development. The new bottle, made from recycled glass and featuring a modular sleeve, is designed to serve as the first guarantee of an excellence that for us has always been rigorously organic.”
NEW PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY
A standout product within the newly redesigned range is Polenghi Spinagallo, described by the company as an organic and biodynamic “cru” produced exclusively from Femminello Siracusano PGI lemons. The lemons are cold-pressed using traditional methods intended to preserve their organoleptic properties.
Alongside Spinagallo, the company is also presenting “Polenghi Senza Conservanti,” a preservative-free lemon juice aimed at consumers seeking a natural, premium-quality Italian product.
The exhibition also highlights Acti Lemon, the single-dose functional product developed by Polenghi Group to combine wellness and convenience. The latest addition to the line introduces blueberry and collagen ingredients, expanding the brand’s offering in the growing functional beverage segment.
Acti Lemon also reinforces the company’s sustainability strategy through its 100% FSC-certified paper flowpack packaging. In collaboration with Ogyre, a startup focused on marine plastic recovery, the product is described as “plastic circular,” with an amount of plastic removed from the ocean equivalent to the quantity used for the product itself.
